What We Do
The Lancaster Downtown Investment District Authority (DID) was created in 1992 by property owners in the City’s central business district, to develop and administer business improvements and provide administrative services in the downtown district. The DID is managed by the Lancaster City Alliance with offices at 115 East King Street, Lancaster, PA.
