City of Lancaster Closed for Thanksgiving

City of Lancaster offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 for Thanksgiving.

There will be no street cleaning on Thursday, November 28 or Friday, November 29.

Street cleaning, metered, and residential permit parking will not be enforced on Thursday, November 28. Street cleaning parking will not be enforced on Friday, November 29, however, metered and residential permit parking WILL BE enforced on Friday, November 29.

Thursday and Friday trash, recycling and bagged leaf collection will be delayed one (1) day. Thursday customers will be collected on Friday, November 29, and Friday customers will be collected on Saturday, November 30.

The Lancaster City Visitor Center will be closed on Thursday, November 28. They will reopen on Friday, November 29 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. for the Mayor’s Tree Lighting & Tuba Christmas.

The Recycling Drop-Off Center will be closed on Thursday, November 28. They will reopen on Friday, November 29 with regular hours.
