Puerto Rican Evacuee Information

Since Hurricanes Irma and Maria ravaged the Caribbean, hundreds of thousands of Puerto Ricans have made their way to the mainland United States. Pennsylvania is third only to Texas and Florida in terms of resettling Puerto Ricans who fled the storm and its damage. The School District of Lancaster estimates that nearly 143 children of Puerto Rican evacuees have enrolled since November. Below are some helpful links for evacuees, their friends and families, and service providers.
