AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LANCASTER AMENDING ALL OF CHAPTER 282 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LANCASTER – VACANT AND ABANDONED PROPERTY, TO MAKE REGISTRATION SEMI-ANNUAL RATHER THAN ANNUAL, AMENDING SECTION 282-13 – INSPECTIONS, SUBPART G – SPECIAL REQUESTED INSPECTIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT OF FEES FOR ANYONE WHO REQUESTS AN INSPECTION OR CERTIFICATION PURSUANT TO ACT 32 OF 2018 OR OTHER PENNSYLVANIA OR FEDERAL LAW, AMENDING SECTION 282-2 – DEFINITIONS, TO MODIFY THE DEFINITION OF DEFAULT AND TO ADD DEFINITIONS FOR FORECLOSURE OR FORECLOSURE ACTION, REAL PROPERTY AND SEMI-ANNUAL REGISTRATION; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR THE SEVERABILITY OF THE ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING THAT THE ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH PENNSYLVANIA LAW.
