Lancaster Industrial Development Authority

The Lancaster Industrial Development Authority was established in 1971 to act as a liaison for securing tax free loans for industrial and commercial development in Lancaster County.

The Authority meets the third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 PM in the Commission Room, City Hall Annex Building, 120 North Duke Street.

After consultation with Dan Blakinger’s office, the regularly scheduled meeting of the Lancaster Industrial Development Authority for Wednesday, May 17, 2017 has been cancelled. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Authority will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. in the Commission Room, City Hall Annex, 120 North Duke Street, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. ​
