Saturday, April 29 - YWCA Lancaster Race Against Racism 5K begins and ends on East Chestnut St. next to Musser Park. Following the Race Against Racism, the YWCA Lancaster will host a multicultural festival, Humanity Fest. It is open to the public and will be held in Musser Park at the corner of N. Lime and E. Beginning Saturday, April 15, 2017 at 12:00 pm, online credit/debit card payments will be suspended as we transition from our current online payment system to the MUNIS Citizen Self-Service portal. During this time, we will be unable to accept credit card payments online or in the Treasury Office. If you have a payment due, you may pay with check or money order by mail, or with cash, check or money order in person. The Treasury Office is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
