City Council to recognize Black History Month

Lancaster City Council members will recognize Black History Month at their meeting on Tuesday, February 23, at 7:30 p.m.

Dr. Leroy Hopkins will present information on local African Americans and their contributions to Lancaster's history and institutions.

All are invited to attend the meeting in City Hall, 120 North Duke Street.
