City offices will be closed on Monday, September 3 in observance of Labor Day. There will be NO street cleaning. All regular Penn Waste trash and recycling collections will be delayed 1 day. Monday customers will be collected on Tuesday, Tuesday customers will be collected on Wednesday and so on for the remainder of the week through Saturday. Reminder that yard waste collection will take place September 4 through 8. Customers should put yard waste out with their trash and recycling on the delayed day.
